The Moondancer.

The story is about the boy Iskandar who was born an albino in a country dominated by the sun and an anarchist violent population. These people hate the weak ones and therefore Iskandar is a victim. Iskandar is able to survive by entertaining with his special ability for dancing.
One day the powerful wizard Razz comes to town. With an almighty powerful weapon he forces the people to submission, and he becomes their ruler. He likes Iskandar because of his physical abilities, and he sees in him a potential great warrior. Razz takes Iskandar as his apprentice and teaches him to fight.
But the warrior people are not satisfied with their new leader, and in particular not his darling the albino Iskandar.
